After offering some fantastic kitchen display sales, we are underway on a major exterior building enhancement and remodel on our Littleton showroom. Construction began Jan. 18, with asphalt cuts and excavation in the parking lot to make way for the new columns and to pour concrete for column footings.

This week scaffold is being set, existing masonry columns and top storefront panels are being removed, and columns are being erected and attached to the existing roof structure. The project is anticipated to be complete in mid-April.

The contractor is Spectrum General Contractors in Denver, and the design is by Rusty Brown and Marc Applebaum of Semple Brown Architects in Denver.
